Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will support WSP’s Energy, Resources and Industry Project Controls team. The work spans industrial, mining, oil and gas, and power generation projects. Your estimates cover feasibility through engineering, procurement, construction management, commissioning, closure, and decommissioning.

Develop and refine estimating models for complex projectsDeliver CAPEX, OPEX, owner-cost, and construction estimatesAssess changes, claims, delays, risks, and material requirementsResolve assumptions, contract changes,



and claims with stakeholdersMentor junior estimators and share consistent methodsRequirements:
Extensive estimating experience on complex capital projectsAdvanced CAPEX, OPEX, owner-cost, and construction estimating abilityAdvanced Microsoft Excel and practical Microsoft Office proficiencyProfessional fluency in English and FrenchAbility to manage deadlines, ambiguity, and evolving scopesBring bilingual communication, analytical judgment, and project estimating expertise to WSP’s complex capital investments across Canada.
