Growth Marketing Manager

Canada Remote or Vancouver, BCReports to: VP of Revenue, MarketingAbout the Role We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help design, build and scale Intiveo's demand engine across the full customer lifecycle — from awareness to conversion to closed won, expansion and partner-driven growth.
This is not a performance marketing or media buyer role. While paid channels are part of the mix, this role is about orchestrating multi-channel programs that consistently deliver qualified pipeline and revenue growth, not just leads. You'll bring structure, experimentation, funnel optimization, and modern growth playbooks to help us acquire and convert customers.
You'll own the strategy and execution of always‑on demand programs across channels such as email, organic, paid, webinars, web, partners and sales development, as well as working closely with Sales, RevOps, Content, CX, and Product to align marketing to revenue outcomes.
Lead the strategy and execution of pipeline-generating programs and campaigns across email, web, organic, paid, social, webinars, referrals and partner channelsDesign, launch and optimize lifecycle and nurture programs across the full funnel — from awareness to closed won and beyondPlan and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns and programs are coordinated, executed on time, and tied to revenue impactPartner with Sales, SDRs, and RevOps to align marketing programs with pipeline goals, funnel metrics, attribution and lead qualityCollaborate with CX and Product teams to support upsell and expansion initiativesDesign and run growth experiments to improve conversion rates, velocity, and deal quality across key funnel stagesPartner closely with our external digital marketing agency to align paid programs with broader demand, lifecycle, and revenue initiativesWork with technology,



referral and consulting partners on co‑marketing and partner‑led demand programsTrack, analyze and report on weekly and monthly demand generation and lifecycle KPIsBring an outside‑in perspective on modern B2B SaaS demand generation – identifying what's working, what's not, and what we should try nextWho You Are 3-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, lifecycle, or revenue marketingProven experience building and scaling multi‑channel demand programs, not only managing paid adsHands‑on expertise in email and lifecycle marketing across the full funnelExperience supporting both product‑led and sales‑led growth motions, ideally within a hybrid GTM modelBackground marketing to SMB or mid‑market audiences, not solely enterprise (ABM)A robust revenue mindset – focused on qualified pipeline, revenue and expansion, not just lead volumeHighly analytical with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insightsStrong collaborator who proactively seeks out cross‑functional feedback and inputComfortable developing strategy while staying deeply hands‑on in executionExcellent organization and time‑management skills; able to manage multipleinitiatives and deliverables simultaneouslyHands‑on experience with marketing technology such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Wordpress, Sprout Social, or similarExcited
