The Supervisor, Vendor & Repair Services leads supplier-facing repair operations supporting FTAI Aviation production and MRO/MRE activities. This position serves as the primary liaison with repair suppliers while coordinating stakeholders across Operations, Programs, Contracts, and Supply Chain. Success depends on accountability, corrective action, and effective communication.

and escalationsBuild relationships with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholdersRequirements:
Eight-plus years of relevant supply chain or industrial experienceAbility to build effective supplier and stakeholder relationshipsFinancial understanding of make-versus-buy and repair-versus-BER decisionsWorking knowledge of AS9110 standards is an assetProficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP or procurement systemsUse supplier management, repair-cycle knowledge, and cross-functional communication to strengthen FTAI Aviation’s repair operations.
