Manage a portfolio exceeding eighty aerospace customersProcess quotes, orders, returns, exchanges, repairs, and backordersCoordinate deliveries and resolve invoice, quality, and service issuesLead provisioning, repair events, transitions,



and performance reviewsAnalyze customer data and prepare executive presentation materialsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related fieldFive or more years in customer service, sales, or account managementTwo or more years in the aerospace industryExperience with ERP and CRM systemsStrong communication, judgment, organization, and conflict resolution skillsApply aerospace account management, customer communication, and order coordination expertise to De Havilland’s aftermarket customers.
