Manager, Canada aligns Canadian objectives with Americas and corporate strategies. This senior leader directs sales forecasting, marketing, legal, finance, administration, and related functions. The position maximizes sales and profitability while strengthening Associate engagement and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Set Canadian strategic direction and align business goals
- Lead sales planning, forecasts, and customer relationships
- Monitor margins, cash flow, P&L;, and profitability
- Direct marketing initiatives and commercial excellence programs
- Act as Hollister Limited’s Canadian legal representative Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 8–12 years related experience
- 12–15 years of healthcare industry experience
- At least 10 years managing commercial teams
- At least 10 years leading a business unit
- At least 7 years managing P&L; and OPEX Bring Canadian healthcare leadership, commercial management, and P&L; expertise to Hollister’s strategic business direction.
