We're looking for dependable people who can work a variety of shifts, including MORNINGS, AFTERNOONS, EVENINGS, WEEKENDS AND STATUTORY HOLIDAYS.

POSITION DETAILS & SCHEDULING

- Job Type: Permanent, Part time
- Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: Approximately 15–35 hours per week, depending on business needs, employee availability and performance.
- Weekly hours and the number of scheduled shifts may fluctuate significantly.
- Specific weekly hours and shift schedules are not guaranteed.
- Our store operates from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Shifts may begin before opening or finish after closing, with occasional later shifts for inventory counts.
- REGULAR EVENING AND WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED.

HAVOK SMOKE started as a cannabis accessories retailer before expanding into licensed cannabis sales. Accessories remain a major part of our business, and we take pride in offering an extensive selection of cannabis products and smoking accessories.

We're looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy helping customers, have a knack for sales and aren't afraid to take initiative.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Greet customers, identify their needs and recommend suitable cannabis products and accessories.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of our products, brands and emerging industry trends.
- Provide excellent customer service while working towards sales targets.
- Promote our loyalty program, explain its benefits and actively encourage customer sign-ups.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and accurately process phone and online orders.
- Process cash,



debit and credit transactions, verify identification and collect required customer information.
- Receive shipments, restock merchandise, monitor inventory and assist with inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming store, including routine cleaning, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing and general upkeep of all areas.
- Complete opening and closing procedures, including daily reports.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
- Follow all applicable cannabis regulations, safety and security procedures.
- Handle and provide cannabis products and accessories to customers safely and accurately.
- Perform other reasonable duties related to daily store operations as required.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Basic math skills and comfort handling transactions.
- Must be at least 19 years old.
- Valid CannSell certification required before performing regulated cannabis retail duties.
- Previous retail, sales, cannabis or accessories experience is an asset, but not required.
- Previous experience with retail opening and closing procedures is an asset.
- Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check as required for the position.
