Strengthen family services with Children’s Health Foundation of Vancouver Island through coaching, program leadership, and responsive operational support. The position may be based in Victoria, Nanaimo, or Campbell River.
As Assistant Director, Family Programs & Impact, you will support engaged teams delivering services to families with complex health needs. You will collaborate with the Director, House Managers, Program Navigators, referring professionals, and partners. The focus includes employee development, family concerns, incident response, privacy compliance, and consistent workplace practices.

Five years of social service or health care managementProven leadership, facilitation, and relationship-building abilitiesExcellent communication and active listening skillsDemonstrated judgement, initiative, and problem-solving capabilitiesRegular travel and occasional evening or weekend availabilityBring people leadership, family-centred communication, and sound judgement to programs supporting children and families on Vancouver Island.
