Reporting to the Associate Director, the Program Manager directs day-to-day operations for assigned Patient Support Programs. You will coordinate contractual services, program protocols, audits, reporting, and employee management. The position also supports pharmaceutical partnerships, business cases, revenue-generating programs, and quarterly business reviews.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate internal and external stakeholders around program requirementsDevelop policies, procedures, scripting, work instructions, and process flowsSupport audits, quality reviews, incident reporting, and corrective improvementsCoordinate recruitment, orientation, coaching,



workload planning, and retentionDirectly manage employees delivering compliant, high-quality patient careRequirements:
Three years’ management experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticalsAbility to interpret policies and integrate operational proceduresUnderstanding of program development, implementation, evaluation, and service deliveryExemplary written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilitiesAbility to work independently in a quiet remote environmentBring healthcare operations, quality assurance, employee leadership, and stakeholder coordination to Bayshore Healthcare patient support programs.
