As Senior Manager, Market Operations, you will serve as the primary site lead for local commercial autonomous freight routes. Your accountability spans fleet performance, depot and yard logistics, fueling practices, customer SLA delivery, driver management, and third-party vendors. You will bridge local technicians with AV Engineering, Hardware, and Product teams.

Oversee commercial autonomous route and facility performancePartner on vehicle maintenance, repairs, and lifecycle managementCoordinate sensor calibration and software hardware upgradesManage shifts,
recertification, handovers, and overtimeDirect incident recovery, investigations, and regulatory reportingRequirements:
Six to ten-plus years in fleet or freight operationsDirect multidisciplinary leadership experienceUnderstanding of yard management systems and dock stagingCommercial vehicle mechanical systems knowledgeExperience with high-velocity logistics hubsBring fleet operations, technical coordination, and compliance leadership to Gatik's Level 4 autonomous transportation service.
