The Canadian Press is seeking a News Editor for BC and Yukon based in Vancouver. You will lead editorial decisions, guide junior reporters on breaking news, and shape coverage in conjunction with bureau leadership.
You’ll oversee daily news meetings, assign staff, and coordinate multimedia reporting while maintaining strict deadlines and robust writing standards. Travel may be required and in-office presence is expected three days weekly.
