Shape AI and automation workflows at CIRO in Toronto using process analysis, requirements, and operational data. This is a full-time resource.
Reporting to the Director of Innovation, the Business Process Engineer supports CIRO’s AI and Automation Centre of Excellence. You will assess opportunities, improve workflows, clarify requirements, and support solution adoption. The work connects business teams with COE, IT, and ePMO partners.

Key Responsibilities

Assess AI and automation intake requests and implementation considerationsMap workflows, decision points, data flows, and hand-offsDefine future-state processes and confirm business accountabilitiesTranslate needs into requirements, user stories, and documentationTrack advantages, implementation status,



and post-implementation outcomesRequirements:
Minimum five years of relevant business process or analysis experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related fieldExperience supporting AI, automation, workflow, or data initiativesAbility to identify root causes and recommend practical improvementsStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-engagement skillsBring process mapping, data analysis, and cross-functional communication skills to CIRO’s AI and automation transformation work.
