12+ years leading technical delivery projects within a PMO, including program-level experience.
Approximately 8 years of SAP project experience.
Experience leading large-scale S/4HANA transformations, including at least two full-lifecycle implementations.
Solid expertise in program governance, vendor management, financial oversight, and executive stakeholder management.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex transformation initiatives.
