This Team Leader manages a 20 to 30 member group of software architects, specialists, and work package managers. The team develops critical embedded software and hardware, associated tools, and model-based systems engineering support. You will coordinate with French counterparts, Engineering managers, Quality, program management, and certification authorities.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical or software engineeringTen years in embedded critical systems development or equivalentExperience planning and monitoring engineering workAbility to analyze organizational competence, structure, and processStrong French and English communication skillsBring certification expertise, organizational analysis, and embedded development leadership to Thales Avionics programs spanning Canada and France.
