Identify and retire operational risks before they become outages, including certificate and platform lifecycle issues, capacity constraints, single points of failure, and undocumented systems. Experience with build, test,
or CI/CD platforms is a strong asset. Robust experience with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, or similar platforms, as well as container image pipelines. Fleet-scale configuration management experience using tools such as Ansible, Salt, Puppet, or Chef, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform. Experience with virtualisation and cloud platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, AWS, or GCP. Experience supporting CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
