Overview

Join the team as a Carpenter, Apprentice, or Siding Installer, supporting siding projects through hands-on work and guidance from experienced colleagues. You’ll help prepare and install siding, learn sound carpentry practices, and contribute to durable, well-finished exterior work. This role suits someone who enjoys practical tasks, working with tools, and developing construction skills on the job.

Duties

- Assist with measuring, cutting, preparing, and installing siding materials according to project plans and instructions.
- Use hand tools safely, help set up and maintain a tidy work area, and handle materials during installation.
- Apply caulking where needed to help create neat, weather-resistant finishes.
- Follow blueprints and direction from the crew to keep work accurate and coordinated.

Requirements Required: Practical ability to use hand tools, follow instructions, perform heavy lifting, and work carefully on active construction tasks. Basic blueprint reading and an interest in developing carpentry skills will support accurate siding installation and protected, organized work.

Preferred: Construction experience, carpentry knowledge, or handyman experience can help you contribute confidently while learning the trade. Clear communication, reliability, and willingness to collaborate with colleagues are valuable strengths for this hands-on role.

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44.0 per week
