As a Cashier/Customer Service team member, you’ll support customers with purchases, product questions, and a smooth checkout experience. You’ll use explicit communication and attentive service to make each interaction helpful and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Process transactions using POS systems, handle cash accurately, and apply basic math during checkout.
- Assist customers with product questions, demonstrate products, and recommend relevant options through helpful upselling.
- Support retail sales and merchandising by keeping products organized and displays presentable.
- Manage customer inquiries with professional phone etiquette and coordinate tasks with the team.
- Your impact: Accurate, friendly service helps customers complete purchases confidently and keeps checkout running smoothly.
- Checking product expiry dates and dusting shelves
- Serving customers and restocking products
- Performing routine inspections work and updating promotional displays and signage.
- Handling payments accurately.
Requirements At least one year of customer service or gas station experience.
Valid Smart Serve certification.

Shifts
Afternoon shifts: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Must have flexible availability to work 2–3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
