Reports To: Food & Beverage Operations Manager The Roadrunner Food Co. is looking for friendly, approachable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team at Devil’s Glen Country Club as Guest Services Cashiers.

As one of the first points of contact for members and guests visiting our food and beverage facilities, you play an important role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. From greeting members and processing transactions to answering questions and assisting with daily cafeteria operations, this position is about delivering genuine hospitality with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Member Experience

- Welcome members and guests with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Provide attentive and personable service while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer questions about menu items, daily features, food offerings, and cafeteria services.
- Assist members with navigating food service options and directing them to the appropriate service areas.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain a strong awareness of member and guest satisfaction throughout the day.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary and food and beverage teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Cash Handling & Point of Sale
- Accurately process cash, debit, credit,



and member account transactions.
- Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and confidently.
- Ensure all transactions, discounts, and member charges are processed correctly.
- Maintain an organized cash station and follow established cash-handling procedures.
- Complete opening, closing, and cash reconciliation procedures as required.
- Communicate transaction discrepancies or POS issues to management.

Cafeteria & Daily Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming cashier and service area.
- Assist with maintaining the overall appearance and presentation of the cafeteria.
- Monitor service areas and communicate replenishment needs to the appropriate team members.
- Support daily opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with general food service duties as required, including stocking supplies, clearing service areas, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Stay informed about daily menus, specials, operating hours, and club activities.

Teamwork & Communication
- Work closely with kitchen, service, and management teams to support daily operations.
- Communicate menu changes, product availability, and guest feedback to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a positive and supportive attitude during busy service periods.




- Be flexible and willing to assist in other areas of food and beverage operations when needed.

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or cashier experience is an asset.
- Comfortable handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident interacting with members and guests.
- Reliable, punctual, and well organized.
- Ability to multitask and remain positive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability for weekends, holidays, and varying shifts throughout the winter season.

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
