Job Overview The Casual Health Care Aide provides attentive, respectful support with daily routines, personal care, and a comfortable living environment. This role helps individuals maintain dignity, wellbeing, and as much independence as possible while supporting consistent care.

Responsibilities

- Assist with caregiving and senior care, adapting support to individual needs, including those of people with disabilities or dementia.
- Support medication administration in accordance with established care plans and procedures.
- Prepare meals and help keep living spaces clean, secure, and welcoming.
- Provide home care and support residents in assisted living or nursing home settings, communicating relevant observations to colleagues.

Requirements Required: Practical caregiving skills, patience, clear communication, and the ability to support daily routines, meal preparation, cleaning, and medication administration responsibly. Preferred: Assisted living, nursing home, senior care, home care, dementia care, or experience working with individuals with disabilities; familiarity with varied care settings can help you adapt support to each person’s needs.

Pay: $17.81-$19.00 per hour

Licence/Certification

- CLHA Registration-HCA Active permit. (required)
