7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experiencePrevious Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior finance leadership experienceCPA preferredStrong technical accounting and FP&A; experienceManufacturing, industrial, engineering, or project-based experience preferredStrong analytical and commercial mindsetAdvanced Excel and ERP/reporting experienceComfortable working closely with both leadership and operations
