As ATB’s next Senior Manager, SSU Finance, reporting to the Director, SSU Finance, you are a key team member partnering with several Strategic Support Units (SSU) on all financial matters, including monthly reporting & analysis, forecasting and budgeting. Detail-oriented and cooperative, you excel at turning complex data into clear, actionable stories and bringing an "all-in" attitude to the team. Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, providing continuous coaching, performance guidance, and strategic direction.



Provide support to SSU business partners on financial matters in an effort to optimize financial performance. Partner with SSU Leadership to provide insight and recommendations related to finance and business strategies. Gain a deep understanding of the business and operations of the Strategic Support Units to offer valuable, proactive and pragmatic suggestions and solutions. Business degree with a designation such as CPA or CFA preferred. A proven ability to interact and communicate at an executive level. Expertise in Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs and Excel. This is a temporary 15 month opportunity. On average, this means 1 day on-site per week.
