Rebecca Aldernet Studio is seeking a visionary, strategic and entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer to lead her growing creative studio into its next chapter of expansion and innovation.

As CEO, you will hold full operational and fiscal responsibility for the studio, driving long - term strategic growth, optimizing internal operations and cultivating high - level client and partner relationships. The ideal candidate blends sharp business acumen with a deep appreciation for creative industries, ensuring Rebecca's artistic vision aligns seamlessly with suitable financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership - Develop and execute the studio's long- term business strategy, identifying new market opportunities, revenue streams and scalable growth pathways.

Operational Excellence - Oversee daily business operations, streamlining workflows across creative, production and administrative teams to maximize efficiency and output.

Financial Management - Drive fiscal health by managing budgets, optimizing resource allocation and maintaining P & L accountability to ensure strong profit margins.





Client & Partner Relations - Act as the primary ambassador for the studio, securing high -value contracts and expanding Rebecca's industry network.

Culture & Team Development - Foster an inclusive, high - performing and cooperative workplace culture that inspires creative talent and aligns individual goals with the studio's mission.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience - 5+ years of executive leadership experience

Business Acumen - Proven track record of scaling a business, managing large - scale budgets and successfully executing growth strategies.

Industry Insight - Deep understanding of the creative landscape, production lifecycles and emerging industry trends.

Leadership Style - A decisive leader with exceptional communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work with diverse, creative teams under a single strategic vision.

Education - Bachelor's Degree / MBA in Business Administration, Finance, Fine Arts or related field and / or equivalent experience.
