The Chairman's Club Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the bartenders, servers, and support staff working in this area and ensuring all applicable policies and procedures are followed consistently. Welcome guests in a skilled and friendly manner and ensure delivery of consistently outstanding service by all associates Help to oversee dining operations and supervise the servers, support staff, culinary team, and bartenders Ensure strict compliance with Compass Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Programs Evening and weekend availability required Previous food and beverage experience or completion of a Hospitality Management Certificate As the world's largest food and support services company, we offer an extensive range of learning and career opportunities for all our associates.
