This permanent full time Director advances the ErinoakKids mission across communications, development, and family engagement. Reporting to the Vice President, Communications and Engagement, you will advise senior leaders and support organizational priorities. The work includes reputation, stakeholder engagement, fundraising, and organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

Lead communications teams and integrated internal and external plansAdvise senior leaders on reputation, issues, risks, and messagingDirect donor engagement, philanthropy, and fundraising growthStrengthen family, community,



and stakeholder engagement strategiesMonitor goals, metrics, budgets, staffing, and outcomesRequirements:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent education and experienceMinimum 10 years’ leadership experience in related functionsMaster’s degree or CFRE designation considered an assetCommunications designation, such as APR, considered an assetValid driver’s license and vehicle access requiredBring senior leadership across communications, development, and engagement to support ErinoakKids families, donors, partners, and communities.
