This isn't a role that sits above the work and thinks big thoughts about the mid-to-long-term. You're accountable for what the incubator ships and the value it creates. On a traditional team you'd lean on Product Owners — here, you won't have any. Our UX researcher owns the voice of the user, which frees you to own the numbers: you build and maintain our business case, our impact model, the costs, and the ROI. Work in an Agile workplace: continuously revisit the business needs, refine priorities, set milestones and deliverables, and surface opportunities and risks as things evolve.

Experience:
