Lead a small team to build NeoGov's AI platform — the shared AI services, infrastructure, and tooling used across our public-sector SaaS products.
Own the roadmap and delivery of GenAI, AI agents, RAG, and intelligent automation into products used by governments and public agencies.
Partner with Product, Data, Infrastructure, and Security to ship securely, compliantly, and at scale.
Lead the team— hire, coach, and grow a small team of AI/ML and platform engineers.
Own delivery— turn the AI strategy into a prioritized roadmap and ship it.
