Reporting to the Legal Director – Canada, this role focuses on supporting major infrastructure, construction, and engineering projects across Canada. 3 to 6 years of post-call experience in private practice and/or an in-house legal role. Licensed to practice law in Ontario, Alberta, or another Canadian province. Experience supporting commercial, construction, infrastructure,



engineering, or professional services matters. Provide comprehensive commercial legal support during the pursuit, negotiation, and delivery of complex contracts (such as Design-Build-Finance and Target Cost Contracts). Offer proactive guidance on legal and contractual risks to project and bid teams. Partner with business leaders to align legal strategies with business objectives. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to avoid contractual disputes and support claims management with external counsel. Stipend, Compensation & ModeBase Salary Range: CAD 150,000
