As District Manager, you will lead productivity, advisor development, and the overall Client experience. You will report to the Regional Vice President while collaborating with regional partners. Your responsibilities span recruiting, business planning, performance management, compliance, and Financial Centre operations.

University degree and minimum five years’ progressive experienceValid life insurance agent’s license in applicable provincesValid mutual fund licenseCompleted Branch Manager’s Course ExaminationStrong financial services, sales, coaching, and compliance expertiseBring financial services leadership, recruiting expertise, and sales discipline to grow Sun Life’s District and advisor network.
