Key Responsibilities

Lead verification control lifecycle management from rule design through effectiveness reviewsPartner with product stakeholders on recent product control designMaintain transaction monitoring continuity for incidents, audits,



and risk assessmentsUse automation and AI tooling across control lifecycle activitiesTranslate verification insights into scalable business and system requirementsRequirements:
Eight or more years in program management or risk control ownershipExperience with AML, FinCrime, or regulatory programsUnderstanding of screening, document validation, and sanctions controlsTechnical fluency and advanced operational and risk data analysis skillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
CAMS preferredApply principal program management, AML controls, and technical analysis to strengthen Remitly verification programs across global products.
