Operations Manager to play a key role in improving operational efficiency, strengthening project execution, and helping scale the business for long-term growth. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building processes, leading people, and making a measurable impact within an organization undergoing positive transformation.
Lead the day-to-day operations of commercial and residential roofing projects from handoff through completion.
Develop and improve scheduling, resource planning, and operational workflows.
Coordinate labour, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and project timelines.
Ensure project documentation, billing, deficiencies, and close-out processes are organized and accurate.
Collaborate with estimating, project management,



field supervisors, and ownership to ensure successful project delivery.
Coach and support field leadership while creating accountability throughout the operation.
Help implement scalable operational processes that support continued company growth.
Proven experience leading operations within roofing, construction, or the building envelope industry.
Strong scheduling, planning, and organizational abilities.
Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to improve systems, workflows, and operational performance.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Roofing, sheet metal, and/or commercial construction experience is strongly preferred.
