Reporting to the Project Director, the Survey Lead oversees survey operations for a railway station connecting three rail lines. The role supports accurate, compliant deliverables across construction, design, and regulatory requirements. You will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, land access, and survey data.

Degree or diploma in geomatics, surveying, civil engineering, or related disciplineMinimum 10 years’ progressive construction surveying experienceAt least 3 years in survey leadership or managementKnowledge of control networks, coordinate systems, tolerances, and data managementFamiliarity with survey equipment, AutoCAD/Civil 3D, and digital workflowsBring survey leadership, QA/QC expertise, and infrastructure coordination skills to Bird Construction’s Toronto transit project.
