Shape customer-centered supply chain solutions at Dematic through proposal development, cost estimating, and cross-functional collaboration. This role supports Lifecycle Solutions and Services contracts and Modernizations & Upgrades projects.
As a Solution Development Engineer, you will assess customer needs and define solution requirements. You will prepare scopes, staffing assumptions, application designs, and cost estimates. The work includes coordinating proposal teams, presenting solutions, and supporting transitions to Operations.

Develop service contract and modernization solutionsReview specifications, operational requirements, and site informationBuild scopes, concepts, designs, and costing workbooksCoordinate proposal inputs, schedules,



and status reportingFacilitate awarded-scope handoffs to Operations teamsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering, business, or supply chainTypically three to five years of related experienceKnowledge of material handling, controls, software, and proposalsStrong communication, leadership, organization, and collaboration skillsMicrosoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel proficiency, including PivotTablesApply solution development, estimating, and stakeholder-management skills to accurate Dematic proposals serving complex supply chain needs.
