Position: Product Owner (Banking-Capital Markets) Toronto: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 4 days onsite in a week) Must-have 10+ years of overall experience with 4+ years of product ownership, or related experience with demonstrated success leading product initiatives and cross-functional teamsDeep expertise in Capital Markets and electronic trading flows with the ability to explain complex trading functions and problem-solve effectivelyExceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills with a meticulous attention to detail and passion for quality deliveryAdvanced communication, presentation,
and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and work effectively across matrix organizationsProven leadership capability to motivate teams, drive performance management, and foster a people-centric, values-based inclusive workplace aligned with RBC's leadership modelProficiency with enterprise collaboration tools including JIRA, Collaborate, and Microsoft Office suiteNice-to-have Front office experience in sales, trading, or as a broker; direct exposure to the trading desk or client-facing rolesDegree in Finance or related field demonstrating formal training in financial services or business discipline #J-18808-Ljbffr
