Job Overview The Christmas Market Sales Associate welcomes shoppers, presents products, and supports a smooth, enjoyable market experience. This customer-facing retail role combines sales, merchandising, product demonstrations, and accurate point-of-sale transactions. You’ll help customers compare options, answer questions, and find suitable purchases while keeping the sales area organized and inviting.

Duties

- Greet shoppers, communicate product features clearly, and demonstrate products to support informed decisions.
- Recommend relevant items and use thoughtful upselling to meet customer needs and sales goals.
- Process purchases through the POS, handle cash, complete basic calculations, and maintain accurate transactions.
- Restock and merchandise displays, keeping products accessible and the sales area orderly.




- Coordinate with colleagues to maintain attentive service during busy market periods.

Qualifications Required: Explicit communication, customer service, retail sales, basic math, cashiering, cash handling, POS use, organization, and time management support accurate transactions and responsive service. English proficiency is needed to assist shoppers and explain products.

Preferred: Bilingual or multilingual communication, technology sales, product demonstrations, and technical sales experience are valuable strengths.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
