Structure, negotiate, and execute complex financing transactionsAdvise lenders and borrowers on syndicated financings, acquisition financings, and structured financingsDraft and negotiate credit agreements and transaction documentsCollaborate with the Corporate and Tax teamsMentor junior lawyers and contribute to the growth of the practiceRequirements
Member in positive standing of the Quebec BarMinimum of 8 years of experience in Banking and Finance LawStrong experience with complex transactionsExcellent negotiation and client relationship skillsBilingual (French and English)What Our Client Offers
