The Director, People Experience Strategy leads enterprise initiatives across Performance, Recognition, Sustainable Performance, and Organizational Sensing & Insights. This senior leader partners with Talent, HR, business leaders, People Partners, and stakeholders across a matrixed global organization. The work translates Talent priorities into solutions, resources, and approaches that improve employee and leader experiences while supporting business outcomes.
