Job Overview The Civil Foreman/woman coordinates daily construction activities, guides crews, and monitors work against project plans. This hands-on role supports safe, organized progress by communicating priorities, tracking work, and addressing issues promptly. You’ll help colleagues stay aligned and deliver quality work that meets project requirements.

Responsibilities

- Assign and coordinate daily tasks, supervise crews, and communicate schedules, priorities, and site updates.
- Read blueprints and schematics to guide construction activities and clarify plans with the team.
- Monitor workmanship through quality control checks, identify issues, and coordinate timely corrections.
- Track budgets, estimates, and project progress using construction management software; maintain explicit records and share updates.

Qualifications Required:



Practical construction experience, supervising experience, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, quality control, and budgeting skills support effective crew coordination and project oversight. Clear communication and organized recordkeeping help keep work aligned with plans and priorities.

Preferred: Familiarity with ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other construction management software, plus construction estimating experience, can support accurate tracking and informed project decisions.

Pay: $24.29-$49.32 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
