Insight Global seeks an experienced Superintendent for bridge and wastewater construction projects. This field leadership position oversees construction sequencing, manpower, and day-to-day execution. You will coordinate with Project Managers, Field Engineers, consultants, owners, subcontractors, and field personnel from mobilization through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily field execution for complex civil infrastructure projects

Coordinate safety, quality, schedules, manpower, and construction sequencing

Manage multiple subcontractors and disciplines on active sites

Requirements

Five or more years of construction experience

Progressive field leadership and Superintendent experience

Bridge or wastewater infrastructure project delivery experience

Knowledge of heavy civil methods and field execution

Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, and contracts
