Class 1 Truck Driver – RCH Industries Inc.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Fort McMurray preferred.

RCH Industries Inc. is a family-owned and operated trucking company looking for experienced, reliable, and hardworking Class 1 Drivers to join our team.

We operate a variety of trucks and trailers, hauling different types of materials and equipment throughout Alberta.

Types of Hauling & Equipment

- Super B trailers
- Flatbed trailers
- End dumps
- Tilt deck trailers
- Equipment trailers
- Grain/ Frac sand trailers
- Log hauling and log transportation
- Heavy equipment and machinery transportation

Experience with multiple trailer configurations is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate Class 1 trucks and various trailer configurations.
- Transport scrap metal, logs, equipment, materials, and other loads safely and efficiently.
- Properly secure loads in accordance with transportation regulations.
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and required paperwork.
- Follow all transportation laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and other team members.
- Take pride in keeping trucks and equipment clean and well-maintained.




- Work independently while maintaining a strong commitment to safety.

Qualifications
- Valid Class 1 driver’s licence with air brake endorsement.
- Clean or acceptable driver’s abstract.
- Previous Class 1 driving experience required.
- Experience hauling Super Bs, flatbeds, end dumps, equipment trailers, or log trailers is an asset.
- Knowledge of proper load securement procedures.
- Ability to work safely in varying road and weather conditions.
- Dependable, hardworking, and willing to work.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
