We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team at a Condo Corporation located in the Keele & Finch area consisiting of 3 highrises and townhouses mix. This full-time role is vital in ensuring our properties remain clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors alike.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, hallways, lobbies, stairwells and amenities and outdoor areas.
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks as required for various facilities.
- Assist with facilities maintenance and minor repairs to ensure optimal operation.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report needs.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to uphold property standards.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized.
- Respond promptly to any special cleaning requests or emergencies.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures.




- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
- Excellent time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in property management is a plus.
- Good command of the english language to communicate with management, residents, board and contractors

Weekday hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm and every other weekend from 7:30 am to 11:30 am. The condominium corporation is located at Keele & Finch and accessible by TTC.
