Overview The Cleaning Supervisor coordinates daily cleaning operations, supports custodial staff, and helps maintain clean, orderly spaces. This hands-on role combines cleaning work with team guidance, task coordination, and attention to consistent service.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily cleaning assignments, clarify priorities, and monitor completion across assigned areas.
- Perform cleaning and commercial cleaning tasks, using appropriate methods and supplies for the spaces being maintained.
- Guide custodial staff, demonstrate effective cleaning practices, and address routine questions as work progresses.
- Check completed work, identify areas needing attention, and communicate follow-up tasks to the team.

Qualifications Required: Practical cleaning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to organize tasks, communicate expectations, and support a team in completing daily work. Pay: From $21.00 per hour
