Job Summary The Client Relations - Marketing will support the Business Development Manager in planning, organizing, and executing marketing and event initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated self-starter to gain hands-on experience in marketing, event coordination, and community engagement within a purpose-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing local events, community outreach, and sponsorships.

· Support social media management — scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and tracking analytics.

· Help develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content.

· Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and event calendars.

· Coordinate promotional campaigns and assist with email newsletters.

· Capture photos and videos at events for promotional use.

· Research local marketing opportunities and assist with partnership development.

· Provide general administrative support to the Business Development Manager as needed.

· Answer and direct phone calls and emails

· Order and manage office marketing supplies and inventory





· Schedule appointments and meetings

· Conduct market research and analyze trends to support strategy development

· Support event planning and coordination

· Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns

· Coordinate the production of marketing materials (e.g., flyers, social media posts, email newsletters)

· Attend and execute marketing events

Qualifications

· Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

· Basic design or content creation skills (Canva, photoshop or similar tools) considered an asset.

· Energetic, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

· Ability to work flexible hours for events, including occasional evenings or weekends

· Exp with seniors an asset

· Self starter
