Who we are

Seven Figure SMP is a US-based digital marketing agency founded in 2020 by James Viola. We have served more than 200 clients across the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and Ireland. Most are scalp micropigmentation (SMP) and permanent makeup (PMU) clinics.

We also serve hair restoration, aesthetics and other local service businesses. We run their Meta and Google ads, landing pages, CRM and appointment setting through one system, The SMP Growth Machine, and we measure every account through to booked consultations and paying clients, not just clicks.

The role

We're looking for a senior Client Success Manager who knows how an agency delivers results from end to end. You own the client relationship. When results move, you don't relay the question to the team. You open the ad account, the CRM pipeline or the tracking yourself, find the cause, and come to the client with an answer and a plan.

What you'll do

- Own a group of clinic-owner clients as their main point of contact
- Run regular check-ins and review calls, and keep clients updated before they ask
- Diagnose changes in results directly in Meta Ads Manager and the CRM
- Coordinate your pod: media buyers, appointment setters, a CRM specialist and creatives
- Grow the right clients from our Growth package to our Scale package
- Keep explicit records in Slack, Asana, Loom and Google Docs

What you bring

- 3+ years in a client-facing role at a digital marketing agency (account management or client success)




- 1+ year hands-on in Meta Ads Manager. You can read campaign, ad set and ad results and spot what changed. Google Ads experience is a plus.
- A strong grasp of lead generation numbers: cost per lead, booked consultations, show rate and cost per client
- A track record of keeping clients and calming difficult situations
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Based in Canada and legally able to work here
- Available full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern

- Upgrade commission: 15% of the monthly fee increase for each client you move to Scale, currently US$225/month per upgrade for 3 months, after your 90-day probation, with no cap

How hiring works

3. Interview with our operations team.
4. Final conversation with leadership.

After that, we check references and make an offer. The whole process usually takes 2 to 3 weeks.

Good to know: this is a current, open position. We use AI to help review applications, and a person makes every hiring decision. Time tracking (Hubstaff) is used during working hours.
