Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth clinic functioning, maintain high standards of patient care, and lead administrative and clinical staff. This role requires a strong background in medical and dental office management, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency with electronic health records.

The Clinic

Manager will play a vital role in fostering a positive workplace for both staff and patients while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Duties

- Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination
- Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing training and performance evaluations
- Oversee billing, coding, and documentation processes using Velox and other electronic medical records systems
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and privacy laws
- Handle human resources functions such as hiring, onboarding, and addressing employee concerns
- Maintain clinic budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care and efficient workflow




- Implement policies to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed

Skills

- Proficiency in Velox, Oscar, Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and Medical Terminology
- Strong background in Dental Office or Medical Office Management with experience in supervising teams
- Knowledge of Human Resources practices within healthcare settings
- Experience with Budgeting, Financial Management, and Clinic Administration
- Familiarity with Hospital or Acute Care environments is advantageous
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced healthcare environments while maintaining professionalism
