MediOne Physicians is hiring two full-time Clinic Leads for our Bathurst and Jane clinics in Vaughan. These are existing vacancies.

Pay: $43,000 to $48,000 per year.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (37.5 hours a week, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch). You also work alternating Saturdays. In the weeks you work a Saturday, you have one weekday off, so you work four weekdays plus Saturday.

Reports to: The Clinic Manager.

About the role You will provide day-to-day leadership for your clinic team while staying hands-on at the front desk. You will:

- Coach and support the MOA team day to day, and help train and onboard new MOAs
- Make sure workflows, daily checklists and assigned responsibilities are completed accurately, and step in at the front desk during busy periods
- Be the on-site contact for routine physician administrative and operational concerns, and follow up or escalate as needed
- Monitor patient flow, help handle escalated patient concerns, and own your location's Google reviews and patient feedback
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures and outstanding administrative tasks
- Walk the clinic regularly so it is clean, organized and professionally presented
- Oversee inventory and vaccine stock, expiry dates and temperature logs, and escalate issues promptly
- Escalate performance, workflow, attendance, staffing,



equipment or facility concerns to the Clinic Manager

What we are looking for Previous experience working with an electronic medical record (EMR) system is required

Previous junior leadership, team lead or supervisory experience is required

Experience with medical clinic operations is preferred

Comfortable coaching and giving direction to team members

Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills

Proactive, detail-oriented, accountable and able to work independently

Commitment to professionalism, patient service and confidentiality

Available for the schedule above, including alternating Saturdays

TELUS PS Suite experience is an asset

Medical Office Administration education or certification is an asset

IMG, RN or RPN designation, or related skilled experience, is an asset
