MedPros supports medical clinics, physicians and healthcare businesses across Ontario. We’re looking for an organized, hands-on Clinic Operations Coordinator to help oversee and support multiple clinics.
This role combines clinic operations, administrative support and client relations. The right person is comfortable moving between overseeing clinic needs and jumping in to help with day-to-day tasks when needed.
What you’ll do
- Help supervise and support the operations of multiple medical clinics.
- Work with physicians, clinic managers and staff to address operational issues and keep things running smoothly.
- Step in to provide MOA and administrative support at clinics when required.
- Assist with back-end clinic administration, staffing, scheduling and follow-ups.
- Help onboard and support clinic staff and physicians.
- Monitor workflows, identify areas for improvement and help implement solutions.
- Speak with prospective and existing clients, follow up on inquiries and support business development.
- Visit clinics as needed and help coordinate ongoing projects and requests.
What we’re looking for
- Approximately 2–3 years of experience in clinic operations,
medical administration or a related healthcare role. We’re open to someone with less experience who shows solid initiative and ability.
- A good understanding of Ontario medical clinic operations and MOA duties.
- Strong communication and people skills, with the confidence to speak with physicians, staff and clients.
- Someone organized, resourceful and comfortable working independently across multiple priorities.
- Experience with EMRs, staffing, client relations or business development is an asset.
- Ability to travel between clinic locations as needed. Must have your own vehicle.

Experience
- Ontario medical clinic: 2 years (required)
