As an In office Construction Project Manager, you will manage contractors and subcontractors across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil scopes. You will coordinate field delivery, monitor progress, and work with Professionals of Record to maintain design intent, schedule, and budget. Collaboration with clients and project teams supports final project outcomes.

Coordinate daily onsite activities across multiple disciplines and tradesOversee contractor performance, sequencing, resources, and contract adherenceMeasure progress and develop recovery plans for schedule deviationsCoordinate technical reviews, design changes, inspections,



and field resolutionsLead progress meetings and coordinate project closeout activitiesRequirements:
Minimum five years construction management experience on mixed-discipline projectsExperience managing contractors, subcontractors, and construction progress reportingKnowledge of construction principles, safety precautions, and multiple disciplinesWorking knowledge of critical path method schedulingValid driver's licence and ability to travel to project sitesBring construction leadership, progress reporting, contractor coordination, and field delivery expertise to Stantec's Alberta Buildings team.
