Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated CNC Supervisor to join our team. The CNC Supervisor oversees daily departmental operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. This role provides technical guidance and leadership to CNC Machinists, including troubleshooting, programming, training, and monitoring job progress.

The Supervisor also coordinates production priorities, communicates updates, maintains accurate job tracking, leads team meetings, and promotes 5S, continuous improvement, and compliance with Company and ISO requirements.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:

- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Set-up and operate CNC milling machines.
- Test boring bars
- Select proper tools and fixtures required as well as the ability to perform tool wear offset.
- Properly and safely load and unload tools and raw materials in CNC machinery.
- Set proper speeds and feeds.
- Verify dimensions of parts using precision measuring instruments.
- Operate hoisting and lifting devices to load and unload the components.
- Understand, interpret and edit FANUC G-code programming.
- Recognize, deploy and properly use inserts, fixtures and tooling.
- Perform daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery.
- Utilize and abides by ISO requirements and safety procedures.




- Comply with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions.
- Lead and train CNC Machinists
- Supervise all jobs and CNC machinists in the assigned section of the shop
- Troubleshoot CNC machines
- Understands the SPC process
- Understands the variables which cause issues (such as tool/work offset, length of tools, incorrect tools)
- Fully understands manufacturing processes and potential pitfalls
- Help in design checking or inspection fixtures
- Continuous 5S improvement
- Section notices broad update daily ( White broad in CNC department)
- Morning meeting to empower their team to work safe and be productive
- Scanning of jobs and using of blue bird App
- Provide ECD on the jobs in their section/department as needed by scheduling team.
- Sharing NCR with CNC Machinist group in morning meeting .

Compensation: $42.00 - $47.00 per hour Job Type: Full time, Permanent
