AMC Insurance has served BC families and businesses since 2000. We're adding a Cold Calling Representative to our Surrey head office to reach new clients and book appointments for our licensed advisors.

What you'll do

- Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential personal and commercial insurance clients
- Introduce AMC and find out when their current policies renew
- Book qualified appointments with our licensed insurance advisors
- Follow up on referrals, marketing campaigns and warm leads
- Keep clean CRM notes and track your daily calls and bookings
- Pass every coverage or pricing question to a licensed advisor (you won't give insurance advice)

What you bring

- 1+ year of cold calling, telemarketing, outbound sales or appointment setting
- A confident, friendly phone voice and thick skin for "no"
- Comfortable with CRMs and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Punjabi, Hindi, Mandarin, Cantonese,



Korean or another language is a solid asset
