The Manager, Commercial Acceleration leads rotating initiatives across therapeutic areas, brands, and lifecycle stages. This role creates clarity from ambiguity, develops commercialization strategies, and delivers measurable impact. Core work includes demand generation, customer activation, market assessment, and innovative go-to-market models.

Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise initiatives with objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success measures

Develop growth strategies for established and under-supported assets

Assess Canadian opportunities for pipeline and emerging assets

Coordinate readiness plans, dependencies, risks,



and escalation

Design customer-engagement and resource-deployment models

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, science, healthcare, or related discipline

Two or more years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare marketing

Experience in at least two listed commercial disciplines

Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives

Strong commercial judgment, strategic thinking, and presentation skills
