Lead product security for a fully remote Canadian team, protecting customer data through authorization, privacy engineering, and production code.
This first dedicated security hire will work across every product team at a late-stage B2B data and AI company. You will spend most of your week in the codebase, secure internet-facing APIs, and shape designs before customers depend on them. The role reports to the VP of Engineering.

Deep distributed systems knowledge and backend experienceSix or more years of security engineering experienceHands-on tenant isolation and authorization experienceExperience at a high-growth or venture-backed companyComputer Science, Math, Physics, or similar degreeApply product security expertise to privacy, APIs, distributed systems, tenant authorization, and hands-on production engineering across Canada.
